edsfoodfund TOFT summer competition and fundraiser

Introducing our 2023 Summer photography competition - #edsfoodfund - £3 from every can purchased goes directly to The Trussell Trust.

This Summer we invite you to get creative by decorating a TOFT food can and crocheting its contents of beans, peas or sweetcorn, before snapping a photo, then supporting a food bank local to you. Whether dropping off food donations at an in-store supermarket basket, taking a donation directly to a food bank, making an online donation or even volunteering your time, we’ll all be working together to support our local communities. Your photo can be of anything including your decorated can, and each photo on the #edsfoodfund hashtag will represent a food bank donation made locally to that person.

Plus, as these canned projects are all easy-peasy why not teach someone else to crochet this Summer and spread the word about #edsfoodfund ?

Here's how to join in this Summer:

1. Colour in your can
2. Crochet your veg
3. Snap and share a photo of your creativity using the hashtag #edsfoodfund
4. Donate to your local food bank in whichever way you can

The TOFT team are volunteering at our local food bank this August, and we’ll be dropping off food and needed items, as well as continuing to donate all the food used in our photography.
