At this years Unravel - A Festival of Knitting (17th-19th February) TOFT are donating two of their crochet birds to 'Knit Aviary' in aid of the charity Step By Step, which focus on working alongside young people aged 11-25 facing homelessness and other challenges in their lives.
Knit Aviary are looking for more crocheted, knitted or felted birds to be displayed for the special exhibition; it's a great excuse to crochet your favourite bird and donate it to a wonderful cause at this year's Unravel festival!
Here at TOFT, our chosen birds to donate are Sophia the Flamingo and Ina the Stork, but there are plenty more birds to make and donate, especially from our Edwards Menagerie Birds Book which you can purchase HERE.
Your birds can be dontated by hand to the Farnham Maltings Box Office or post them to: Unravel, Farnham Maltings, Bridge Square, Farnham, GU9 7QR
